| Kudos! As a mature female who drives a 17-year-old car, I am always weary of being taken advantage of. A friend referred me to the North Hill Auto Service and I am so glad I went there. I had to have a lot of work done. Everything was explained in great detail and even photos were provided. They are good communicators, friendly, helpful, and honest. and have my best interest and safety in mind. Also, reviewed and explained future work that needed to be done, and provided full details in an e-mail, along with a time frame. Now that they know the car, I will certainly return. Thank you so much. gfh. I highly recommend this family run business to anyone. |

| I had to have an inter-provincial inspection done on an Ontario car and had wonderful service here. Everything was explained in great detail and even photos were provided of the old tires so I could see why they needed replaced. They gave me a ride back to my place after dropping off the car and also ensured my car got dropped off AND picked up from an external detailer, which saved me several trips back and forth. The staff were incredibly patient with my lack of car knowledge and went through everything very clearly, so I knew what was going on. Have already referred this shop to others and will continue to do so. Thanks so much! |
